Hydraulic Cylinder Compact

Injection molding is a precision process that involves complex variables to help transform molten material into a molded form. Temperature, pressure, energy, and force are often required and are meticulously calculated to achieve the perfect production process, needed to produce high-quality parts. Hydraulic cylinders conduct the function of compacting and applying the right amount of force and pressure to plastic materials so they can be properly distributed in the mold cavities to take on the designed shape. Hydraulic cylinder compacting functions provide advantages in the molding process. The ability to produce large parts can be attributed to a Hydraulic cylinder compacting action which is generated through the use of high clamping forces.

The process of making hydraulic cylinders compact provides precision and control over speed, position, and force, which makes them ideal for a wide range of applications.
