Two Stage Ejectors will positively control plate sequencing within an injection mold by using a mechanical interlock. This interlock mechanically connects two ejector sets. The main benefit of two stage ejectors includes the ability to maintain ejector sequencing which has been found to both increase productivity and extend the life of the mold. The use of two stage ejection brings greater value and typically require less maintenance than alternative methods such as the use of friction pullers.
