Water Mold Manifold

DME’s rugged water mold cooling manifold systems are available in aluminum anodized and, where corrosion resistance is needed, brass. Ergonomically designed for the use of shorter hose lengths to minimize pressure drops and improve hose layout in and around the press. Your manifold can be combined with DME’s Industry leading range of fittings, hoses and connectors and where needed flowmeters and flow regulators. Quick mold changeover is possible with DME’s manifold brackets allowing molds to be stored water circuits pre-plumbed with only one hookup for supply or return needed. They are divided internally and offered in blue or red for easy identification of water flow and return and are available in ¾-, 1-, and 1½-inch feed sizes. Four-, six-, eight-, 10- and 12-port options are standard; custom designs are also available. All DME Manifolds are available ex-stock
