Where Heater Band Clearance is Problematic. Ideal for Recessed Sprues. Applications-Use where recessed sprue bushings and similar obstructions create limited space for nozzle heater bands. These bands require only 3⁄8 inch to 1⁄2 inch diameter clearance. 3⁄16 inch to 1⁄4 inch on a side.

14 inch or 36 inch flex leads exit 180 degrees from leads heater band opening. Also available with longer length stainless steel flexible armored lead. Use for Recessed Sprue Bushing Applications. Wedge-Type Tapered Locking Heater Bands require only 3⁄8 inch to 1⁄2 inch clearance on diameter.
