In 1998, D-M-E introduced Galaxy™ Hot Runner Systems — perfect for the challenges of high-cavitation applications. In 2000, D-M-E introduced Meteor™ Quick-Delivery Hot Runner Systems — a complete hot half that ships in as little as three weeks. In 2001, D-M-E launched the Stellar Hot Runner System, which was engineered specifically for the challenges of micromolding (with center-to-center distances as close as 17mm).

In addition, our strategic partnership with Polimold, S.A. enables us to collaborate on proven hot runner technologies—including the new Polivalve valve gate hot runner system which improves part quality, reduces costs, increases part design options, and provides zero gate vestige.
