The needs of molders, moldmakers and mold designers are always changing. That’s why D-M-E is always working to improve our products. Case in point: D-M-E’s helical gear stack mold centering device. This time-saving package has been a hit since we introduced it just two years ago, but it’s already undergone a significant upgrade.

Helical Gear is still the only complete, off-the-shelf package for stack mold centering systems in the industry. Only now, it’s easier to install and costs 25 to 30 percent less.

We added anti-rotation straps and alignment rods, along with aircraft-aluminum construction, for simpler, faster installation. Thanks to the system’s much lighter weight, one or two people can install it on the side of a mold—no fork lifts or heavy lifting necessary. That not only means less equipment, but also significantly less time.
