D-M-E Global Manifolds and Components were developed after stringent testing and analysis of D-M-E hot runner systems in customer plants in more than 20 countries.

Based on the same standard wherever you are in the world, the new manifolds and components cut the time and costs you previously incurred while searching through regional suppliers for compatible parts to convert from one standard to another. We conduct business in more than 70 countries, so we can promptly get you the help and the parts you need.
Our standard manifolds are designed to integrate seamlessly with all D-M-E nozzles, including Galaxy, Stellar, Gate-Mate and The Hot One. The standard manifolds incorporate balanced design layouts with up to 64 nozzle drops including inline, X, Y, H, Double H and multiple level systems.
Other key features include:
- Flexible tubular heaters.
- Locating rings that fit virtually any injection press platen hole diameters.
- Heated manifold extension nozzles that match up to different locating ring diameters and machine nozzle radii.
- J-type thermocouples in line with the IEC 584-3 international standard.
- Upper and center supports constructed of low-heat conductive titanium to minimize heat loss and maintain an even heat profile.
- Flow channel sizes of 6 mm to 16 mm allow for a wide variety of sizes and applications.
