Keyed Ejector Pins
Precision-built with the highest quality materials, the new D-M-E Keyed Ejector Pins come in a wide range of sizes and provide:
- A flat-on head that keeps the pin from rotating.
- The thermal shock resistance of hotwork steel.
Close Tolerance (CT) Through-Hard Ejector Pins
For electronics, medical and other molding applications where close tolerance is critical, our CT Pins represent the new industry standard.
Made of through-hardened M2 tool steel, the new line delivers a 0.0002” tolerance band—a 33 percent reduction in the critical stem diameter tolerance over the previous CT line.
TDC Ejector Pins
Our line of TDC Pins features a thin-dense chrome finish that provides better internal lubrication, eliminating the costs of external lubrication.
D-M-E Inch Ejector Blades
Made of superior-quality M2 high-speed tool steel, these Inch Ejector Blades also provide:
- Close tolerance: +.0000/-.0003
- Construction that’s through-hardened to 58-62 HRC for superior wear resistance.
