Since the last issue of In Step, we’ve made many developments at D-M-E. In this issue, you can learn how you can take advantage of several new D-M-E products and services, such as our upgraded Close Tolerance Through-Hard Ejector Pins with a groundbreaking 0.0002” tolerance band, and our Contour Roughing Service that’s being offered because your colleagues frequently requested it. 

In terms of customer service, we are now shipping at a 97 percent on-time delivery rate, with 25 percent of orders shipping early.

More specifically, we’re now delivering our Master Unit Die Quick-Change™ (MUD) Standard Companion Insert Molds in five days or less; and all MUD molds up to 10/14 in the U Frame category are either in stock or shipped within three days. Simply put, when you need it fast, you can count on D-M-E.
