Increase Capacity, Efficiency with Contour Roughing
D-M-E Service Speeds Finishing Process for Moldmakers
When many moldmakers began requesting contour roughing from D-M-E to save time and money on finishing, we promptly established our new Contour Roughing Service.
D-M-E can rough mill complex part shapes into mold plates—even for milling that requires large, deep cavities. We use industry-leading CAM software for programming cavity-roughing tool paths, leaving consistent machining allowance throughout the surface of the cavity block.
