temperature electric furnaces capable of very effective heat transfer

We
are a custom moulder running products where flawless colors are
critical. We have difficulty solving issues with color blending,
streaking and uneven color which leads to increases in costly rejected
parts. Do you have a cost effective solution?
 Solution
The
D-M-E Moulding Supplies motionless mixing nozzle incorporates 5 or 6
stainless steel elements counter-bored into the front of your standard
machine nozzle. Each element has four oblique, angular chambers which
as material is passed creates mathematically predictable layer
generation. When the material streams through all 6 elements, it has
been layered over 4,000 times creating a complete homogenous color mix.
A savings of 20-30% in dry colorants or concentrates is typical. It
reduces cycle time and increases production by allowing less mixing
