You can design a complete die buildup to suit your specific needs and still retain the full benefits of DME quality, standardization and service. For both long and short runs, zinc and aluminum, DME offers single- and double-unit dies in a variety of sizes. Replacement units are also available in DME No. 2, No. 3 and No. 5 steels.

With the appropriate sprue spreader and bushing installed or a shot-sleeve hole bored to your specifications, DME standard A or B series bases are readily adaptable for zinc and aluminum die casting.
