DME TO FEATURE COMPLETE LINE OF MOLD BASES
MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – May 6, 2008 – DME Company is pleased to introduce its now complete line of mold bases for moldmakers here in the United States and around the world.
This comprehensive line includes North American Mold Base classics like the popular Standard A Series, the Quick Delivery Systems (QDS) line and the MoldBasics® economy line. The offer is rounded out with the proven B Series, X or Stripper Plate Series, AX Series and T Series bases, and its mold base service offerings of Master Unit Die, Contour Roughing, and special machining. The Edge made its debut at MoldMaking Expo in Novi, Mich. and offers moldmakers the best of both worlds. It not only features same-day shipping but is also the lowest-priced mold base on the market in its category by up to 20 percent.

Mold straps are offered in pairs and come in three different sizes to ensure adequate protection of the mold and molders. They are constructed of cast metal for strength and durability and their yellow powder coating provides corrosion resistance and high visibility. The straps can secure up to 1,740 lbs.
